Education administrator (Mashakit Hinuch)
The post of “Mashakit Hinuch” in the Israeli Army is a good opportunity for women to gain experience in the sphere the organization of leisure time and education of TZAHAL soldiers. Soldiers in this post are responsible for the organization of training courses in their unit (for example Hebrew course “Ulpanit” or “Nativ” course), for development and implementation of educational programs for TZAHAL soldiers, for cultural events and in-depth knowledge of Israeli history and TZAHAL ideology.
In addition to it, Mashakit Cinuch helps the commanders to conduct lessons and to make educational programs for soldiers of the unit.
→The course is 13 weeks long (including basic military training – Tironut)
Placement all over the country to «closed» (nights spent in the base) and «open» (nights spent away from the base) bases
Requirements:
Placement according to the preliminary tests results (Yom aMea) or by the sorting officer (Katzin Miyun)
Necessary qualities to take the post: to be a self-starter, to lead active community work, to possess creativity, leadership skills, and responsibility.
