Military police corps (Mishtara Tzva’it)
The sphere of activity of “Mishtara Tzva’it” unit is very wide: soldiers who conduct their duties as military policemen have law enforcement functions, control TZAHAL soldiers’ appearance and their discipline while they are away from the base, they escort arrested people to court, control border-crossing points, catch criminals and a lot more. Moreover, there are traffic accident investigators.

Crane truck driver (Naag Mafil Manof)
A driver for all crane truck types used by TZAHAL. The soldier obtains a C1 category driving license and takes specialized driving courses – “naag manof”. Crane trucks are used everywhere in the army, even in the course of various rescue operations.

Driver — cargo transportation (Naag Ovala)
Freight of all kinds: ammunition supplies, foodstuffs and army equipment transportation. Drivers can be assigned directly to the combat units or provide cargo transportation services as required.

An important position, established for TZAHAL promotion in Israel and all over the world. Soldiers in this position cooperate with representatives of local and international media, cover important events, Israeli Defense Forces activities and deal with social networks. Correspondent for the magazine «Mahane» (Itonay tzvai baMahane)
There is a good possibility for men in TZAHAL to gain experience in the field of journalism and editorship. Soldiers at the department of the weekly magazine “BaMahane” write articles and news headlines about the life in the Israeli army, conduct surveys, and interview soldiers and officers.

Video editor (Yahidat ha-Asrata) – men
A specialized position for men in the Israeli Army where soldiers edit clips, produce presentations, conduct video tutorials, create informative clips, and film soldiers’ off-duty lives. There are several branches in the “Asrata” unit such as graphics, directing, editing, animation, etc.
