Truck driver (Naeget Masa) – women
Soldiers in this post drive cargo vehicles and other kinds of army vehicles (Hummer, Sufa, Abir, Ford, ambulance, etc.). Additionally, the drivers’ responsibilities include cargo-handling operations, vehicle maintenance, and in case of need, soldiers’ transportation, delivery to assignments, and delivery of military equipment, food supplies and ammunition.
→Soldiers take driving courses before being conscripted, the courses are up to 4 months long (up to the moment of taking the test and receiving a driving license). After successful completion of the driving test, soldiers get a driving license of C1/03 category (CV truck), including category B/02 (private CV with load up to 3.500 kg).
→CV truck drivers follow basic military training 02 (Rovaeii).
Driver training is at the army’s expense.
Requirements:
Placement according to the preliminary tests results (Yom aMea) or by the sorting officer (Katzin Miyun)
