Air Force canine handler (Kalbanit Heil Havir)
Canine handlers in the Air Force or «tipul ve iluf klavim» take care of the dogs and training at Israeli Air Force Bases. The position of “Kalbanim Heil havir” perfectly suit women who like dogs and are eager to take care of animals throughout their military service. The post of “Mashakit Hinuch” in the Israeli Army is a good opportunity for women to gain experience in the sphere the organization of leisure time and education of TZAHAL soldiers. Soldiers in this post are responsible for the organization of training courses in their unit (for example Hebrew course “Ulpanit” or “Nativ” course), for development and implementation of educational programs for TZAHAL soldiers, for cultural events and in-depth knowledge of Israeli history and TZAHAL ideology.
The special forces unit YALTAM for underwater execution tasks (Yahida leMesisot Tam-Yamiyot) is a part of elite Israeli Navy TZAHAL combat units (Heil HaYam) which are tasked with diving and fulfilling complicated underwater assignments. 
Armed patrol boats (Satilim — «sfinat tilim») offer a good opportunity to perform military duty in the combat units of the “Hel aYam” (Navy). The boats, armed with missiles, are the main force on the Israeli sea border. 
For recruits, who used to do swimming, there is a position of lifeguard at Air Force base’s pools (Heil HaAvir). «Matzila baBriha” is quite a rare position, but an excellent opportunity for sportswomen to “pursue their occupation” during their service in TZAHAL. “Matzilim” fulfill two main functions of a lifeguard and a swimming pool administrator. Soldiers in this position obtain a rescuer card accepted by the Ministry of labor, which is valid both in the army and in civilian life.
It is a top-requested and multifunctional job in the Air Force of TZAHAL. In “Heil from the replacement of big parts of aircrafts Havir techni” the soldiers perform army equipment maintenance and repair, starting to the adjustment and repair complex systems in laboratories. While serving, technicians work with various models of aircraft, helicopter, as well as external and internal aircraft systems. 
It is not easy to get a position of a firefighter in TZAHAL because recruitment to this unit is limited in comparison with the more popular positions. Nevertheless, this position does exist, and if you really desire this position there is a possibility to serve in the Israeli army in the capacity of a “Kabaya”. 
A paramedic in TZAHAL is a prestigious position in «Heil Refua» (Medical corps of the army), it is a good possibility for women to start their medical career and gain indispensable experience. A paramedic’s responsibilities include first aid treatment in emergencies in case of severe injuries, serious diseases and in situations when people’s lives are at risk. 
It is an interesting post in the Israeli army for soldiers who want to gain experience in foreign relations. A coordinator for foreign relations is responsible for the dialog with armies of other countries and different kinds of international and peace organizations. The main task of “Mashak Kishur leKohot Zarim” or just “Keshrey Khuy” consists of receiving and transmitting information between TZAHAL and any other foreign bodies.
