Army store manager (Mashakit Shekel /Shekem/Kaveret)
There is an army store for soldiers at almost every base of the Israeli Army which is better known as “Shekem”. The chain changes its name from time to time and today the stores are called “Kaveret”. The “Kaveret” manager at a base is a position for soldiers in TZAHAL. Occupying this post women serve the customers of the store, keep accounts and inventories, work with suppliers and keep a check of the sales balance sheet.

It is a female job in the TZAHAL where soldiers perform warehouse inventories of munitions. The post of «Mashakit logistica” involves three main activities: 
Executive officer, secretary or “pkida” is one of the basic positions for women in the Israeli army. Pkida’s responsibilities in TZAHAL include office work and assisting the commander: paperwork management, scheduling, receiving messages, sorting of mail, etc.
Women with artistic skills can serve in the Israeli army in the position of a graphic designer. It is a good opportunity to practice and to gain experience for further promotion in graphics and design. The job of a «grafikait» includes a wider-range of activities such as designing fliers, technical drawings, map drawing, building projects and presentations; work with PowerPoint and computer graphics. 
A paramedic in TZAHAL is a prestigious position in «Heil Refua» (Medical corps of the army), it is a good possibility for women to start their medical career and gain indispensable experience. A paramedic’s responsibilities include first aid treatment in emergencies in case of severe injuries, serious diseases and in situations when people’s lives are at risk. 
It is a top-requested and multifunctional job in the Air Force of TZAHAL. In “Heil from the replacement of big parts of aircrafts Havir techni” the soldiers perform army equipment maintenance and repair, starting to the adjustment and repair complex systems in laboratories. While serving, technicians work with various models of aircraft, helicopter, as well as external and internal aircraft systems. 
The Arayot Hayarden unit has appeared recently — in 2014 the stuffing of the new unit began, and in 2015 the official ceremony of the new infantry unit establishment was held. The Arayot Hayarden unit is staffed by men and women who carry out combat duty: they patrol the borders, conduct detention and pursuit of perpetrators, fight against terror and do many other things. 
Sambatzit in TZAHAL is responsible for collecting and processing intelligence received from soldiers in the field and its direct transmission to the chain of command. The operator’s work is an important segment in the process of decision-making by the Command, both in ordinary time as well as in an emergency.
Service in the position of a communication technician is a good opportunity for women to gain valuable experience in the TZAHAL. Soldiers in the position of “MATAM” (Mafilat tikshuv miftzai) are responsible for identifying, problem solving, adjustment and calibration of various means of communication and transmission, including tactical control systems, signals encryption, radio sets ground-to-air, etc.
«Mafilat kashab» operator is responsible for the management and control of various communication systems within the Air Force (Heil Havir). There is a possibility to become a crew member of an electronic combat aircraft.
