A social worker helps soldiers with financial problems during the term of their service, housing problems (for example, to issue a permit for permanent accommodation in a soldier\u2019s house \u2014 Beit Hayal), additional days\u2013off, transferring to another place of service, and many other things.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As part of the job, Mashakit Tash visits soldier\u2019s houses (\u201cbikir beit\u201d), talks to soldiers and their commanders, and cooperates with civil social organizations and funds.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192The training is 10 weeks long (which includes basic military training 02).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Placement at bases all over the country (both open and closed)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nPlacement according to the preliminary tests results (Yom aMea) or by the sorting officer (Katzin Miyun)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>Bonus!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"3432 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.kasda.co.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/MashakitTash-e1476993605795.jpg\" alt=\"mashakittash\" width=\"91\" height=\"91\" \/><em>\u201cMashakit Tash\u201d wear a purple braid on the right shoulder<\/em> :-)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abMashakit Tash\u00bb in TZAHAL are responsible for soldiers\u2019 service conditions (in each separate unit or base).
